Visa, MasterCard and American Express payments can be processed through our secure credit card processing page. CREDIT CARD ORDERS WILL ONLY BE SHIPPED TO THE CREDIT CARD BILLING ADDRESS AND NAME ON FILE WITH THE ISSUIN BANK.

To fax or mail a credit-card order, place the items in your shopping cart that you want, proceed to the checkout area and select Mail/Fax as your payment method. Fill out your credit card information and fax the order to us at 1-316-462-0550 or mail the order to the address below. Be sure to include your correct e-mail address and phone number so we can contact you if there is a problem processing your order.
